What we keep, and why.
Calls and chats
We keep recordings (if you keep recording on), transcripts, summaries and chat messages while your account is open, so you can look back at them. Ask us and we'll delete them.
Google Calendar
We only see when your calendar is busy, not what your events are, and we only add the bookings your receptionist makes. Disconnect any time.
Website chat
Visitors are told they're chatting with an AI assistant. The chat uses no cookies or advertising trackers.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
