You can set everything up from your phone. Your free trial includes 30 call minutes and needs no credit card.

1. Create your account

  1. On globalai.llc, tap “Start free”.
  2. Type your work email, tick the box to agree to the terms, and tap “Email me a code”. (Or tap “Continue with Google”.)
  3. Open the email from us and type the 6-digit code. It works for 10 minutes.
  4. Tap “Sign in”. There's no password to remember: each time you sign in, we email you a new code.

2. Tell Ava about your business

Ava is our setup helper. She asks one thing at a time, with buttons for the common answers. You can also type a question or a change at any point, like “we're closed on Sundays”.

  1. Type your business name.
  2. Pick your type of business. Not listed? Tap “Something else” and Ava adapts to what you do.
  3. Type your website address. Ava reads it and fills in your hours, services, prices and common questions. This usually takes 20 to 40 seconds.
  4. No website? Tap “I don't have a website” and describe your business in a few sentences instead. Or tap “Skip, I'll type it in later”.
  5. Check what Ava found. Tap “Edit” to fix anything, then tap “Looks right”.

3. Answer a few quick questions

  • Your opening hours, if Ava couldn't find them: “Mon–Fri, 9 to 5”, “Mon–Sat, 9 to 6” or “Set my own hours”.
  • How to handle appointments: “Take requests — I'll confirm them”, or tell it not to take them. (Texting callers your booking link appears once your business is approved for texting.)
  • Which number to transfer callers to when they ask for a person. Type it, or tap “Don't transfer — take a message”.
  • For trades that get emergencies: which number urgent calls should go to.

4. Pick a voice and a personality

  1. Tap play to hear each voice. Use the filters, or “More voices” to see them all. Then tap “Continue with” the one you like.
  2. Give your receptionist a name and pick a personality: Warm, Professional, Upbeat or Calm.
  3. Choose the languages it speaks, and add a greeting if you want one (leave it empty for a natural one).
  4. Tap “Create my assistant”.

5. Try it

  1. Press the call button and talk to your receptionist right there in your browser, like a real customer would. Allow the microphone when your phone asks.
  2. Prefer typing? Tap “Prefer to type? Chat with it instead”.
  3. Something not right? Tell Ava below, for example “we're closed on Sundays”.
  4. When you're happy, tap “Sounds good — go live”.

Test calls and chats here are free and don't use your call minutes.

6. Go live

  1. Phone: tap “Get a new number” (pick an area code or toll-free, tap “Find numbers”, then “Use this”), or tap “Keep my current number” to forward your existing line.
  2. Google Calendar (optional, shown when your receptionist takes appointments): tap “Connect Google Calendar” so it books real times, or “Skip for now”.
  3. Website chat (optional): copy the short code and add it to your website.
  4. Tap “Go to my dashboard”. Not ready yet? Tap “Finish later” and pick up where you left off any time.

Kept your number? Calls only reach your receptionist after you turn on forwarding with your phone company. Our forwarding guide shows exactly what to dial.

What's next

Your dashboard's Overview shows a “Finish setting up” list with anything left to do, like connecting a calendar or choosing a plan. Your free trial minutes are for real calls. When they run out, pick a plan on the “Plan & usage” page to keep answering.
