HubSpot

After every call or chat, your receptionist finds the person in HubSpot (or adds them) and saves the summary and how ready they are to buy.

How to connect

  1. In your dashboard, open “Settings”. (On a phone, tap the menu button at the top left first.)
  2. Find “Your CRM”, then HubSpot, and tap “Connect HubSpot”.
  3. Sign in to HubSpot and allow access.
  4. You come back to Settings with “HubSpot connected”. The row then says “Nothing sent yet” until your next call or chat.

Only owners and admins of the business can connect or disconnect apps. Members can see them but not change them.

What gets sent

  • The contact: we look them up by phone number or email. If they're new, we add them with their name, phone and email. If they're already there, we only fill in what's empty and never overwrite what you typed.
  • A contact field called “Lead score (AI receptionist)”, set to Hot lead, Warm lead or Cold lead.
  • A note on the contact: phone call or website chat, how long it was, the lead score with the reason, and the summary.

Open a deal for hot leads (optional)

Once connected, switch on “Create a deal for hot leads” and pick the pipeline under “Add deals to”. Hot leads then also get a deal called “Hot lead: (their name)” in the first stage of that pipeline, with the note attached.

What isn't sent

  • Calls and chats with no phone number or email.
  • Anything scored “Not a lead”, and spam.
  • Test calls and test chats from your dashboard are never sent.

Reconnect or disconnect

  • If the row says “Needs attention”, it shows what went wrong in plain words. Press “Reconnect” (or change the key) to fix it.
  • To stop, press “Disconnect” and confirm. New calls and chats won't be sent to HubSpot any more. Nothing already in HubSpot is deleted.
