How to connect

  1. In Teams, open the channel's Workflows, choose “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received”, and copy the address it gives you.
  2. In your dashboard, tap “Assistants” and open your assistant.
  3. Open the “Connections” tab.
  4. Under “Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts”, tap “Add” and choose Microsoft Teams.
  5. Paste the address into “Channel address”.
  6. Under “Tell us about”, tick what you want (see below).
  7. Tap “Add channel”, then “Send test” to see a message arrive.

What you can get

  • “Every finished call or chat”.
  • “Hot lead”.
  • “New, moved or cancelled appointment”.
  • “Missed call or needs a call back”: callers who left a message, hung up, left a voicemail, need a follow-up, or reached our backup.

Hot leads, appointments and call-backs are ticked to start with.

What a message shows

A card with a one-line title, the key details such as name, phone, how they came in, lead score and mood (or the appointment's time and status), the summary, and a button to open it in your dashboard.

Check it's working

Each channel shows its recent deliveries. If one fails, you'll see “Last delivery failed:” and the reason. Tap “Remove” to stop sending to that channel.
