How to connect
- In your dashboard, tap “Assistants” and open your assistant.
- Open the “Connections” tab.
- Under “Zapier, Make and other apps”, tap “Add”.
- Under “Which app?”, pick Zapier, Make, n8n or “Another app”. The steps for that app appear.
- Follow them to get an address from the other app, and paste it in.
- Under “What to send”, pick “Every call and chat”, “New leads”, “Hot leads only”, “New bookings” or “Everything” (or tick your own mix).
- Tap “Add connection”, then “Send test”.
In Zapier
- Create a new Zap. For the trigger, choose the app “Webhooks by Zapier” and the event “Catch Hook”. (This app is part of Zapier's paid plans.)
- Click Continue until Zapier shows an address starting with https://hooks.zapier.com. Copy it and paste it into the dashboard.
- Add the connection, press “Send test” in the dashboard, and click “Test trigger” in Zapier to see the sample.
- Add your action, for example HubSpot “Create or Update Contact”, Google Sheets “Create Spreadsheet Row” or Slack “Send Channel Message”, and turn the Zap on.
In Make
- Create a new scenario. Add the “Webhooks” app and choose “Custom webhook”.
- Click Add, give it a name, press Save, then copy the address (it starts with https://hook.) and paste it into the dashboard.
- Add the connection. In Make, click “Run once”, then press “Send test” in the dashboard. Make learns every field from the sample.
- Add the next step, for example HubSpot, Google Sheets or Gmail, and switch the scenario on.
In n8n
- Start a workflow with a “Webhook” trigger and set the method to POST.
- Copy the Production URL (it must start with https://) and paste it into the dashboard.
- Add the connection, activate the workflow, then press “Send test”.
What gets sent
- “Call or chat finished”: after every call or chat, the summary, lead score, mood, caller name and number, and any booking.
- “New lead captured”: as soon as your receptionist takes someone's details, during the call.
- “Hot lead (call back right away)”: only callers rated hot after the call.
- “New booking”: every new booking: what, when and who.
Check it's working
Each connection shows its recent deliveries. If one fails, you'll see “Last delivery failed:” and the reason in plain words. Tap “Send test” any time to send a sample, or “Remove” to stop.
After adding a connection there's also an optional security key, for developers whose own systems check that messages came from us. Zapier and Make don't need it.
